Any use of any such brand name, product name and/or service name without the prior written consent of the relevant rights holder may constitute an infringement of that rights holder's rights and Living TV Group gives no permission for the use of any such item in any way whatsoever.

2.2 Living TV Group cannot guarantee uninterrupted and/or reliable access to the Website and Living TV Group makes no guarantees whatsoever as to its operation, availability, functionality or otherwise.

2.4 Nothing on the Website shall be deemed to be an offer by Living TV Group to provide any goods or services to you. A contract for the provision of such goods or services shall be formed only when you have placed an order, accepted Living TV Group’s terms and conditions for the provision of such goods or services and Living TV Group has confirmed its acceptance of your order in writing.

The terms and conditions (including, without limitation, those relating to payment, delivery, quality and/or any representations or warranties) of any such contract or arrangement are a matter for you and the relevant advertiser to agree and Living TV Group accepts no responsibility in relation thereto.
2.6 To the extent permitted by applicable law, Living TV Group hereby disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise as to the accuracy of any information contained on the Website and/or the availability of the Website and, accordingly, Living TV Group shall have no liability (save in relation to death or injury arising through its negligence) for any loss or damage howsoever arising and of whatever nature incurred in the use of the Website or reliance on any information contained on it including, without limitation, any direct, indirect or consequential loss, loss of business, loss of goodwill or loss of profits.
2.7 Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of the provision of any goods or services by Living TV Group, which will be set out in Living TV Group’s terms and conditions relating to the provision of such goods or services.
2.8 The laws of England shall apply to these Terms of Use. Any dispute arising from these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Notwithstanding the foregoing, should the Website be accessed by anyone outside of the United Kingdom, it shall be that person's responsibility to ensure compliance with any locals laws to the extent that they do or may apply.

3. Posting Content on the Website
3.1 Acceptance of Terms
Posting on or otherwise submitting content to the Website (including but not limited to: (a) posting or uploading any text, photograph, graphics, video and/or audio; (b) emailing any text, photograph, graphics, video and/or audio for the purpose of such content being uploaded to the Website;  and (c) creating your profile) will constitute acceptance of these Terms of Use and any guidelines or “house rules” that are posted on the Website (“Guidelines”). Living TV Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend the Terms of Use and/or the Guidelines at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Website after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use and/or Guidelines. You are responsible for regularly checking the Website to review any changes to the Terms of Use and/or Guidelines.
3.2 Your Account
You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information. You are fully responsible for all use of your account and for any acts that may take place using your account.
3.3 Your Conduct

Living TV Group reserves the right to suspend or delete without notice any content which: (a) it believes in its sole discretion to be detrimental to the enjoyment of the Website by users; (b) breaches these Terms of Use and/or the Guidelines; or (c) is the subject of a validly served copyright infringement notice. Any content posted on or otherwise submitted to the Website by users may be pre, post or reactively moderated.
By posting content on or otherwise submitting content to the Website, you grant to Living TV Group a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use and distribute (in whole or in part) such content for any purpose in any and all media (whether now known or hereafter devised) including but not limited to the internet and broadcast television and you hereby waive all so-called moral rights you may have in the content. This licence includes the right to grant sub-licences.

Living TV Group may terminate your account and/or delete any content (including but not limited to your profile) that you have posted on or otherwise submitted to the Website and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the Website (or any part of the same) for any reason, at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
